clean and tidy , well located in Hampstead and good value for money and fine for a short stay.
it was a problem being on the 3rd floor with a narrow staircase and no lift and my wife having difficulty walking. We would not have booked to stay in room seven if we had known this in advance.Furthermore, I wish you had advised us in advance to go to no 248(?) to get the key for 198 instead of us having to get out of a taxi in the rain to then read the notice on the door. We were lucky that we caught the taxi before he drove off.

After searching for a hotel in London at a reasonable price, we found all the reviews to be negative. When we found 198 suites the reviews were very positive, so we took a chance were very pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and smelt fresh, the sheets were nice and clean and the room was light and airy with all the facilities you would need. We were also pleased with the shower which was clean with nice towels.
The only fault we could find was the fridge in the kitchenette area. This badly needed defrosting and water was dripping everywhere. We didnt put any food in this, just in case.

Location of the apartments block gives very good access to the centre of London by bus or by tube. The room was spacious by London standards with adequate furniture, including a large bed. The implements for cooking in the room inventory were in good quantity and quality, masked in a metallic cupboard/sideboard. Bath although small was well designed for comfort. All very clean and without signs of wear, maybe some articles new.
Occasionally bad odours appeared through ventilation systems. When with luggage an elevator was missed.

We had studio, and it was new-fashioned with comfortable bed. The room had a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a microwave plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The hotel was located gorgeous for us, close enough to a subway station.

The room was spacious and very clean. Excellent value for money and of a much higher standard than many hotels in London. Very safe area & very close to the tube. The room was noisy due to the boiler in the room but as everything else was good it could be overlooked. The TV was a bit jumpy. The kitchen area was very handy. The bathroom was very nice as was the bed and furniture.
Boiler in room was noisy.

I stayed here for a trip and will definitely go again next time. Appreciated my fairly nice stay for 5 nights. The hotel had a central location and it was near a Hampstead synagogue.

nice to be London, quite new fourniture and modern, nice bathroom even is quite small, kitchenette very useful, next to tesco supermarket and very well comunicated with bus in the front door directly to centre, and close to underground and rail station
the stairs to get to the room, not elevator. very noisy when neighbours upstairs walk you hear everyhing, and hot water system is very noisy too, everytime someone open de tap o flush the toilet there is a very annoying noise. it is quite clean but it could improve specially shower corners and carpet

Location is perfect, bus stop is just infront of the front door, tube is 5 minutes walking period, there is one bus stop back to Suite just outside the Burberry store at Regent street, perfect. Tesco is 1 munite nearby, good for short stay.
Shower water not hot enough at night, but morning is good. Room is not big, only for 1 or 2 people is OK.

Carpet extremely dirty. The bed and pillows were really not comfortable.

The double studio was well decorated, and the kitchenette had everything I needed. I loved the extra touches, like the nespresso machine and coffee capsules. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the underground. The staff at the office were very cute and accommodating.
